How long will it take to implement the software into my back-office?

Our implementation approach may differ from what you’ve experienced with other vendors. It’s important to us that we understand your workflow before we start implementation, so we go through a thorough discovery process first. This gives us a true assessment of what will be required of both parties to make sure the technology best suits your back-office needs. We’ll then confirm an implementation plan with you – this could range from a few days to a few weeks depending the size of your organization, required workflows, and any customization requirements.

Is it compatible with other software we use/what are the software requirements?

We’re in the process of building out a number of standard out-of-the-box integrations with key software providers including Zapier. Until these are available, Precision offers a robust reporting capability which allows you to extract the key data you may need to use with your other systems.

Is the data I store on the platform secure?

The security of your data is a priority for us, and we take our responsibility to protect it seriously. Security measures in place include the use of multi factor authentication and strict password policies. Your data is encrypted at database level and is protected by multistage firewalls. We are pleased to partner with Amazon AWS to store and back up your data in multiple data centres.

Do all users have access to company data and reports?

Only users with permission will have the capability to access data and build and run reports as needed.

Does Precision handle multi-currency?

Yes. You are able to identify which currency applies to your contractor pay rates.

Is it available in multiple languages?

Currently Precision is only available in English, but localization efforts are on our roadmap! Please let us know if you have a need to use the system in a different language.

What customer support do you offer?

Precision is a complex product designed to simplify your workflows so we know that there will be times when your users need support. We’re happy to offer support via phone, email, and chat (coming soon).

Will my team be trained on how to use Precision?

Yes. As a part of the implementation process, we’ll go through a number of training sessions aimed at different user functions in the system. We will also provide you with documentation and user guides.

Do I need an IT team to manage the platform?

No, all functionality and configuration can be managed without IT intervention unless you undertake special projects such as an integration where your IT team would likely need to be involved. We do advise that you nominate ‘super users’ within your team who can act as your internal SMEs and can help support your users.

Can the system be branded to look like my company?

Yes, we do enable customization of your login screen and logos. These will be displayed throughout the system and used on emails.

Is Precision right for my business if I have employees in different locations?

Yes. Although Precision has been initially built for US businesses, it’s flexible enough to work just about anywhere. We are now working on future features that will include additional country-specific workflows such as the UK, Europe, and Australia.

Can I import historical data?

We would be happy to work with you during implementation to load your existing data.
